Mission Statement
Language 2 Literacy provides the most effective literacy training to students beginning with initial language acquisition to High School commencement.  We enrich each student’s language skills with individualized programming selected from education methods best suited to the student’s unique learning style.  Our process begins with a detailed evaluation and consultation.  Our comprehensive approach includes parents from the initial assessment of the student’s ability and learning style, with ongoing conferencing and reinforcement of the skills learned by the student through the Language 2 Literacy training.

Our Staff
Jill D’Braunstein M.A., CCC-SLP
Jill earned her Master’s Degree in Communicative Disorders from CSU Los Angeles.  She is a California DCA licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and is certified by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association.

Jill began her career in Speech Pathology in the hospital setting specializing in Tracheostomy and Ventilator dependent patients.  She then gravitated to her specialty in treating speech and language deficiencies in children from 12 months to 12 years. After working with young children, she noticed a trend with the majority of her clients in the area of reading.  This prompted Jill to closely study language dynamics as they pertain to reading and has developed a high level of expertise in treating those with reading deficiencies.  As an SLP, Jill also specializes in articulation disorders, phonology, auditory processing and language delays.

In her spare time Jill enjoys relaxing with good friends and family.  She resides in Orange with her husband and 3 children.
